COHRE strives
to be the world leader in research designed to contribute significantly
to companies' ability to respond effectively to the changing organizational
landscape. Research projects span a variety of human resources and
organizational issues including career development in the new economy,
knowledge sharing and protection of intellectual capital, employee
retention, causes and consequences of turnover, global leadership,
and adoption of best practices. Premier researchers from the Berkeley
campus and from around the world form research teams, and these
teams conduct studies that are relevant not only for participating
organizations but also for organizations in general. Study reports
are disseminated to all COHRE members, and special reports are provided
to study participants.
