Tell me about the house.

The house is nestled in the residential north side near Soda Hall. It's a 10-minute walk from the College of Chemistry. Rent is very reasonable, and includes everything (food, DSL, newspaper, utilities, etc.) We have a chef that prepares meals on weeknights. The house was built by Alpha Chi Sigma in 1930 and features striking archetecture matched only by our view of the bay.

How about a virtual tour?

Sure! You can get a feel for the house by looking at the House Photo Tour.

Can I apply for housing online?

No, but you can get a head start by filing out a housing application (PDF) . Do you like reading detailed legal documents? Check out our house bylaws.
