*Report on Kaiser Innovations Grant: using interactive voice response units to assess home readings of tuberculosis tests in children. The interactive units called people in either of 3 prearranged languages:Chinese, Spanish, and English.

Wife : Susan Kayman, DR PH from UC Berkeley School of Public-Health (nutrition) Susan works in the regional health education office of the Kaiser Permanente medical group where she designs (and then integrates into clinical practice) chronic disease management systems for cardiovascular disease and obesity management.

assess data collected from satellites to guide reforestation efforts
