Your first and maybe second year at Cal might be the toughest academically because introductory physics and math courses are hard. One of the best advice anyone can give you is work in groups! Although the load might be demanding, and you feel frustrated or lost, do not quit! There is help! You will not be the first one feeling this way in your physics 7 series or in math 1b.
