The Colour Of Justice: The Stephen Lawrence Inquiry

On April 22nd 1993, a young black man, Stephen Lawrence, was stabbed to death in South London. Evidence and eyewitnesses points to five white youths committing an unprovoked, racist murder. When the play opens, it is five years later. And no one has been brought to justice for the crime. A public inquiry is held, and the words of this play are taken from those transcripts.

I may try to arrange for a block of tickets plus transportation for members of 117T who can attend Matt's play: please let me know if you're interested.

Videotapes of Twelfth Night

I have contacted a tape duplication company and can get copies made at the following cost:

6-10 18.50 each
11-25 13.25 each
26-50 11.95 each
51-100 8.35 each

I suspect there will be at least 11 orders, which means that you can have a copy for 13.25. Please email me your order, and put a check for 13.25 times the number of tapes you want in my mailbox in 322 Wheeler. If we get more than 25 orders, I will enclose a check (for the difference) with your tape(s). Please make your check out to Alan H. Nelson, and let me know how I can get the tape to you, preferably without having to pay postage.

There are in fact two videotapes: please specify Tape A or Tape B (or both). Charge is the same for all tapes.

The play for Spring 2002 WAS Twelfth Night.
