I have taught the following classes at Berkeley:
Some years ago I completely revised the Basic Semiconductor Electronics course required for all Physics majors. The revisions include new, more modern lab experiments, computer modeling, and new, locally developed instrumentation.
I have also developed a system that, in conjunction with the commercial ERes electronic reserve system, allows teachers to make faxed in homework set solutions available to students over the web (ERes Fax). The system is now maintained by the Berkeley library, and used by physics, astronomy, math, and engineering. Over 35000 faxed in documents were downloaded during the Fall 1998 semester. This system is now sold by Docutek.
I've published some tutorial articles on bicycling.
I've also developed several instructional cartoons, movies and programs which I use in the classes here in Berkeley.
