Welcome To Our Lab

Research topics range from attentional and perceptual disorders from brain injury in humans to perceptual organization and selective attention in normal perception and attention. Some projects emphasize perceptual organization and attention to faces, others organization of features, and still others organization of parts into wholes. Understanding the role of dorsal cortical spatial functions in feature binding and awareness is also a major endeavor. Methods employed are based on the question and include behavioral, neuropsychological, electrophysiological, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and imaging measures.
