Participate in Our Research Studies

Francesca Fortenbaugh:
My research looks at how the distribution of attention and changes in visual field size affect where objects are perceived to be in the environment. Currently I am running behavioral studies that look at these factors in individuals with normal or corrected-to-normal vision (i.e. contact lenses are okay). Bryan Alvarez:
I am fascinated by the dance of information in the brain, especially for those who experience unique multisensory blendings called synesthesia. A synesthete might have purple 3's, feel music on her skin, have personalities for numbers, or any of several dozen different blended experiences. If you think you are a synesthete, visit www.synesthete.org and fill out the online survey. Send your information to my email address (below) when prompted.

You may participate in my behavioral research whether you are synesthetic or not.
