Rebecca Berner has a bachelor of science degree
in Journalism/ Communication from Cal Poly
San Luis Obispo, and an MA in Communication
from California State University Chico, with
an emphasis in health. She is working in Alcohol
Prevention programs in the Office of Student
Affairs on the Chico campus. Rebecca has extensive
experience in media and public relations.

Danelle Campbell has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology
and Human Development from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
She is working on a MA in Psychology from California
State University, Chico. She has over 16 years experience
in the prevention field. She currently manages the
Prevention Unit for Butte County Department of Behavioral
Health and provides consultation, facilitation and
training at the local, state and national level.

Melinda Moore has a master's degree in
Health Services Administration with an emphasis
in health policy from California State University,
Hayward. Melinda works with Polaris Research
and Development, Inc. and is the sole proprietor
of M.K. Associates. She has over 20 years'
experience in alcohol prevention programs.

Stephen Purser has a master's degree in
Health Science and Public Health Education
from San Jose State University. He has worked
in the field of prevention, administration
and evaluation for over 25 years.

Pete Cattrell has a PhD in Sociology
from the University of Minnesota. He is a specialist
in applied research design, data analysis,
and operations design-build to help

Randy Davis has a Bachelor's Degree in
Community Health and an Associate's Degree
in Law. She specializes in community organizing
for environmental prevention, and the development
of research-based prevention programs for

Michael Browning has a BA from the University
of Southern California and has eleven years'
experience in community capacity building,
strategic planning, substance abuse and violence
prevention, and coordination of programs.
He most recently has been an independent contractor
for the L.A. County Department of Health Services
Alcohol and Drug Programs Administration and
also provides ongoing technical assistance
to community-based organizations, faith-based
organizations and government agencies related
to community building.

Angela Goldberg has a MA in Counseling Psychology
from California State University, Chico, and has
more than twenty years experience in the prevention field,
specializing in strategic planning, alcohol policy and media
strategies. She works as a facilitator on several
special projects, including the San Diego County
Methamphetamine Strike Force.

Annette Padilla has worked in environmental prevention
with nonprofits and colleges for over 15 years for San
Diego, Orange and Los Angeles County. Annette served
as a board member for California Council on Alcohol Policy,
founder of Orange County Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug P
olicy Council and member of San Diego County Council on
Alcohol Policy. With a masters degree in public health
from SDSU, she has specialized in training and technical
assistance (TA), media advocacy, development and outcomes-based
work while serving the Institute for Public Strategies (IPS).
While at IPS, Padilla led the System Building Project for the
County which included training around the Strategic Environmental
Prevention Model components of Applied Data and Research,
Intentional Community Organizing, Media Advocacy, Policy,
and Enforcement. She also has collaborated extensively with
law enforcement, led the San Diego Countywide Media Advocacy
project and supported Countywide Initiatives as a project
manager with IPS. Now as the principal of Annette Padilla
Consulting, she provides publications, training, TA and media
services to nonprofits and businesses.
