There are 15 ski resorts at Tahoe.

Heavenly is a beautiful resort. It crosses the California/Nevada border.

The corlor of the Nevada landscape is spectacular.

Mott Canyon has a few steep runs.

All trails of the Canyon lead to the same place so it's hard to get lost.

Sugarbowl is a mid size resort and is closer to San Francisco than the other resorts.

Going straight forward from the Mt Disney lift, one can find nice cornice after a storm.

Going to the right from the Disney lift all the way to the end leads to the Crow's Nest where it is much less crowded.

From Mt Lincoln lift, one can reach the '58 (left) and Palisades (right) after passing the Silver Belt.

Palisades has several narrow steep chutes between rocks, and opens only when conditions permit.

Alpine Meadows has nice runs at all levels.

Going all the way to the left from the Summit lift leads to the Palisades.

To ski the upper slope of the Estelle, one has to walk to the cornice.

It's better to ski the Scott chute after the icy snow is softened.

My son loves to ski with me.

Squaw Vally hosted the VIII Winter Olympic in 1960.

 Sibera Bowl and Palisades.

KT-22 has a variety of terrain that challenges skiers at all levels.

The Jonny Moseley and 75 Chute at KT-22 could burn legs easily.

Granite Chief is at the far end of Squaw and is usually much less crowded.

Kirkwood is a hidden but a very nice resort.

The warning sign at Kirkwood is scary.
