Who and Where

I am a third-year graduate student in linguistics at the University of California, Berkeley. After growing up in and around Los Angeles, California, at the age of twelve I moved with my family to the San Francisco Bay Area.

A brief synopsis of my academic interests and copies of some of my papers can be found under work, and the rest of what I do can be found under play. I also have some other 'personal publishing' venues. Finally there is the obligatory page of links to more interesting places for those who wish to escape as quickly as possible.

Currently in the works is a pretty version of my mom's master's thesis, which is titled A Study of Korean Causatives and published in Working Papers in Linguistics (University of Hawai'i) 6:1-51.
