"Forms" are on Z://Public Access

"Forms" previously stored on the School's web server are now available through the "Public Access" folder on the public_health domain at Z://Public Access.

If you are not a member of the School's domain, you can follow the instructions below to access the documents at Z://Public Access.

Public files approved by the Deans Office can be accessed via our secure FTP server. Secure FTP client software is freely available to UC Berkeley members at:

http://software.berkeley.edu/windows/ssh/current/

Older FTP software that do not support the SSH protocol will not work with this server. Please contact your technical support team if you are unsure that your current FTP client meets this security requirement.
